I think every time that I am able to help a Spanish-speaking client, it's comforting. And I'm talking about the Hispanic community. We live in a country where we don't speak our language, so it is hard for us to express ourselves. Even after 21 years, I still struggle with some words or with expressing certain feelings. Sometimes I just want to say something in Spanish, but I can't. So when you come in and you hear that language, truly, I get a little teary-eyed because I hear somebody speaking Spanish and I think, "Oh, please, give me some more. Let's talk." It's a comfort. It's a peaceful feeling, like you're transported back to whatever home means to you. Speak Spanish. Come in here. We'll take care of you. We'll make you feel at home, even when you're not. We want you to truly feel heard.
