Chris Snyder practices in the areas of personal injury and workers’ compensation, concentrating on litigation at the trial court level. Mr. Snyder is the head of the Personal Injury Department at McKenzie & Snyder and has advised thousands of clients on all aspects of tort law.

He has tried over 150 personal injury and workers’ compensation cases in his twenty-two years of practice. About Kyle…

Kyle played sports for most of his younger life.  In high school, Kyle was a Nationally Ranked Basketball Player.  Kyle participated in one of the McDonald’s High School All-American games where he broke Magic Johnson’s assist record. Kyle received a full athletic scholarship to the Louisiana State University (LSU) where he played college basketball for Dale Brown’s LSU Tigers before finishing his academics at Miami University.  Today, Kyle is happily married with a son, daughter and 2 golden retrievers.  In his free time, Kyle is very involved with coaching his son’s baseball and basketball teams.  Kyle also enjoys traveling, scuba diving, golfing, boating and water skiing.  He also loves to read science fiction books.

Daryl Dennie practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Worker’s Compensation, Criminal and Traffic. He comes to McKenzie and Snyder from Cleveland, Ohio, where he began his career as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office. In 2000, he began a career in private practice as a defense attorney.

Matt Hammer focuses his practice in the area of personal injury and criminal law, concentrating primarily on litigation. Prior to joining McKenzie & Snyder, LLP., he practiced in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, and criminal law. Mr. Hammer has also handled federal litigation related to products liability and other similar claims.

His experience in both private practice and in various prosecutor’s offices has allowed Mr. Hammer to successfully advise hundreds of clients, on various aspects of the law, throughout multiple levels of the state and federal courts. Additionally, he has tried multiple cases including medical malpractice, personal injury, and criminal cases to both the bench and to juries.

Mr. Hammer is a graduate of Cincinnati Archbishop Moeller High School where he was captain of the nationally ranked wrestling team his senior year. He met his wife, Katie Hammer, at the University of Dayton where they both completed their undergraduate studies.

Mr. Hammer also wrestled and competed in 3-event waterskiing tournaments while at UD at the club level. He now resides on the east side of Cincinnati and enjoys golf, wrestling, baseball, football, boating, skiing/wakeboarding, and SCUBA diving. He is a fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, Dayton Flyers, Toledo Rockets, and the Cincinnati Reds. Mr. Hammer also enjoys auto racing and classic cars.

Ahmad Saleh is the newest edition to the McKenzie & Snyder firm and will focus his practice on representing injured clients. Prior to joining M&S, Mr. Saleh had his own general practice representing clients in the Dayton region. He also had the opportunity to work on a number of cases for attorneys in different parts of the country as a freelance legal research and writer. Aside from his law practice, Mr. Saleh is an adjunct professor at Sinclair College in Dayton teaching business law. His experience since obtaining licensure has allowed him to advise dozens of clients and attorneys on various issues, both state and federal.

Mr. Saleh is a Dayton native and a proud alumni of Sinclair Community College and University of Dayton School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Saleh participated in the school’s prestigious Moot Court program. He competed in two moot court competitions and helped coach a team during his third year. His writing skills helped his teams earn top ranks, and eventually he became a board member of the Moot Court program. In addition, Mr. Saleh was president of the school’s Volunteer Student Leadership Project, a student organization that works closely with the Dayton Bar Association’s Volunteer Lawyer Project (“VLP”), during his third year.

Mr. Saleh is passionate about reducing recidivism in the Dayton community. His position at Sinclair is part of the school’s program to provide incarcerated people opportunities to earn college credits. Mr. Saleh has spoken at numerous occasions in support of Sinclair’s mission and hopes to continue his active involvement in the community. He and his wife, Rawan, a graduate of University of Cincinnati’s Criminal Justice Master’s program and an integral part of Sinclair’s mission, work together to help reduce recidivism in our communities. Aside from work, the two enjoy traveling and trying new foods. In their four years of marriage they have traveled to various parts of the U.S. and the globe, including Turkey, Jordan, Kuwait and Qatar. The Saleh’s reside in the suburbs of Miamisburg. Mr. Saleh enjoys watching basketball and is a competitive player as well.
