Chris Snyder practices in the areas of personal injury and workers’ compensation, concentrating on litigation at the trial court level. Mr. Snyder is the head of the Personal Injury Department at McKenzie & Snyder and has advised thousands of clients on all aspects of tort law.

He has tried over 150 personal injury and workers’ compensation cases in his twenty-two years of practice. Mr. Snyder’s experience includes cases tried in: United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio; Ohio Courts of Appeals: 1st, 10th, and 12th Districts; Hamilton County, Clermont County, Brown County, Prebble County, Butler County, Montgomery County, Warren County, Hamilton County Municipal Court and Hamilton Municipal Court.

Kyle McKenzie has 18 years of experience in the areas of Workers Compensation, Personal Injury and Criminal Law.  He has tried numerous cases to juries with excellent verdicts and/or awards for his clients.  Mr. McKenzie believes that all people should have equal access to the legal system and should assert their right to have their case heard by a jury of their peers if the case can not be resolved through amicable resolution.

About Kyle…

Kyle played sports for most of his younger life.  In high school, Kyle was a Nationally Ranked Basketball Player.  Kyle participated in one of the McDonald’s High School All-American games where he broke Magic Johnson’s assist record. Kyle received a full athletic scholarship to the Louisiana State University (LSU) where he played college basketball for Dale Brown’s LSU Tigers before finishing his academics at Miami University.  Today, Kyle is happily married with a son, daughter and 2 golden retrievers.  In his free time, Kyle is very involved with coaching his son’s baseball and basketball teams.  Kyle also enjoys traveling, scuba diving, golfing, boating and water skiing.  He also loves to read science fiction books.

Samuel Warden practices in the area of personal injury and workers’ compensation. Mr. Warden is an associate at McKenzie & Snyder and has advised hundreds of clients on various aspects of tort law. Mr. Warden was admitted to practice law in 2011, and has extensive experience in Ohio personal injury law, having been a senior claims adjuster with Progressive Insurance for over 5 years, and clerking with an insurance defense law firm during law school. During that time Mr. Warden adjusted and negotiated thousands of personal injury claims involving motor vehicle collisions.
